OCR
Get use of one of the strongest OCR engines in the marketplace. Zonal OCR and template management are not the only functions that are supported. Document processing is scalable through multithreading and support of shared servers.
Barcode
Professional batch scanning for small and medium to large organizations who need to scan, index and store documents quickly and easily. Added barcodes are recognized and used for separation or data extraction.
AI Indexing
After being scanned, separated and cleaned, documents can be routed to multiple destinations simultaneously. Our AI extracts data in order to produce valuable metadata to support indexing prior to upload to an ECM.
Screenshots
Users can choose the predefined workflows right at the device. Even if there are last minutes changes of workflows users instantly have access to them. Documents are processed with an optical character recognition after our artificial intelligence implementation routes the produced PDFs to the right business application, email addresses or network folders.
